Helping Heroes Hawaii Golf & Gala for Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors

This year’s Helping Heroes Hawaii Golf & Gala was a huge success in helping raise funds and awareness for Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors, a nonprofit foundation created to help build and remodel homes for wounded veterans.

The three-day event took place at the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu’s Fabled North Shore in Hawaii from Thursday, February 20 – Saturday, February 22, 2014. From a memorable opening reception and breathtaking tours to a golf tournament at one of the top five golf courses in Hawaii, everything was truly delivered to the highest caliber.

However, it was the exceptional support and generosity from everyone involved in the main mission that really took the caliber of this event to the next degree. In addition to Jared Allen’s ongoing participation, the year’s event also included contributions and onsite appearances by guest celebrities such as: Chris Doleman, Charlie Johnson and Alex Smith, Chris Pontius, Mae Quijada, Forrest Griffen, Daniel Dae Kim and Patrick Peterson.

Most importantly, the Helping Heroes Hawaii Golf & Gala was not only a great turnaround as a whole, but 100% of the proceeds raised from the event went toward Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors with the goal of providing safe and accessible homes for the wounded veterans.
