Helping Heroes Gala a Success in Chicago

The 2015 Helping Heroes Gala proved to be a huge success in raising funds and awareness for Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors!

This year’s “Black and White Masquerade” took place at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort near Chicago, Illinois on Friday, October 30, 2015. Emceed by sports broadcast personality Mike Goldberg, the night began with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by heartfelt speeches by Jared Allen, Major Mike Christensen, and Sgt. 1st Class Cory Remsburg, who was the recipient of a remodeled home earlier this year.

Sgt. Remsburg’s inspiring words set the stage for the introduction of the night’s guests of honor, Marine Cpl. Jed Morgan, Cpl. Kyle Moser, and their wives. With the help of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, our donors, and money raised at the Gala, JAH4WW will be able to provide the Morgans and Mosers with mortgage-free, handicap-accessible homes to better suit their needs.

From a memorable opening reception with emotional speeches, to exciting live auctions and high-energy entertainment by Felix and Fingers, the 2015 Helping Heroes Gala was truly a night to remember in honor of sacrifices we will never forget.
